SportBuilder LLC provides AI-generated coaching feedback for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional athletic coaching, medical advice, or certified sports training instruction. All physical activity involves inherent risk of injury. You participate in any drill, exercise, or activity suggested by SportBuilder LLC entirely at your own risk. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise or athletic training program. Our AI coaching system may occasionally misidentify technique elements due to video angle, lighting, or quality. Always apply common sense and consult qualified professionals when in doubt.

Agreement

By creating an account or using SportBuilder LLC you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Children under 18 may only use SportBuilder LLC through an account created and managed by their parent or legal guardian.

Description of Service

SportBuilder LLC is an AI-powered sports coaching platform that allows users to upload video recordings of athletic performance, receive AI-generated coaching feedback and technique analysis, create and manage athlete profiles, track progress over time, and access drill recommendations with links to instructional video resources.

Sports supported: Baseball, Softball, Golf, Basketball, Cheerleading, and Tumbling.

Subscription Plans and Billing

• Pro Plan — $9.99 per month includes unlimited AI analyses and up to 2 athlete profiles.
• Family Plan — $19.99 per month includes unlimited analyses and up to 8 athlete profiles with parent dashboard.
• Team Plan — $29.99 per month includes unlimited analyses and up to 40 athlete profiles with full coach dashboard.

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your account settings. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on your first paid subscription — contact support@sportbuilder.ai. Subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe. We provide 30 days notice before any price changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to upload only videos of athletes for whom you have legal authorization. You agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. You agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or copy the SportBuilder LLC platform or AI system.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all videos you upload and all coaching reports generated from your sessions. You grant SportBuilder LLC a limited license to process that content solely to generate your coaching feedback and store your results.

Mental Coaching and Coach Mind

SportBuilder's Mental Coaching feature, powered by Coach Mind, is an AI-based sports psychology tool designed for educational and informational purposes only. Coach Mind is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or mental health professional. The mental coaching content provided through this feature does not constitute medical advice, clinical therapy, or professional mental health treatment.

Coach Mind is designed to help athletes develop sports psychology skills including goal setting, focus, confidence, visualization, and emotional regulation in the context of athletic performance. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address clinical mental health conditions, trauma, or crisis situations.

If you or your athlete are experiencing serious mental health concerns, depression, anxiety that affects daily life, or any mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional immediately. In the case of an emergency call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

By using the Mental Coaching feature you acknowledge that Coach Mind is an AI tool for sports performance education only and agree not to use it as a substitute for professional mental health care.

Mental coaching sessions are recorded and stored in your SportBuilder account. Session transcripts, summaries, and key takeaways are accessible only to the account holder and authorized athletes on the account. SportBuilder does not sell, share, or distribute mental coaching session data to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

SportBuilder LLC is provided as is without warranties of any kind. SportBuilder LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any physical injury resulting from following AI-generated suggestions, any indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of data or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
